It's been 3 YEARS!!!
I cannot believe that it's been 3 years (almost to the day) since I last wrote on this thing!! CRAZY!!!Since then I've uhhh done A LOT. In no order whatsoever I have:
-Bought a house!
-Got a cat, my darling little RooRoo!
-Worked at a restaurant for 2 of those years, and have since quit.
-I started coaching my old high school rowing team, and this year- 2 and a half years later- my lightweight women's 4 won a bronze medal at US Youth Nationals... the FIRST EVER medal from Nationals in the history of rowing in Sarasota- since 1991!!
-I started a new hobby- Stand up Paddle boarding, which is really frikkin awesome, except it's turning out to be expensive since my 12ft long board wont fit on top of my MINI COOPER, therefore: I need a new car (because of my new hobby).
-umm my Mum turned 50 last September.
- and my Dad turned 60 TODAY! Happy Birthday Dad!!
-Since my extravagant traveling to outrageous places I actually haven't done much traveling at all, which isn't really ok with me. I went on a cruise last August for my b'day.. by myself... and had an awesome time... then when my girls, Dolly and Talulah, and Allison (yes, they exist, but not by those names) came to visit us in November we went on a cruise too, and had a blast!!
Next trip: leaving Friday w/ my boys JT and Marley to fly to Denver, pick up an RV, drive to Durango, then to the Grand Canyon, then the Petrified Forest, thennnnnn back up to Denver, hopefully through Albuquerque (only b/c that seems like too cool of a name to not be a cool place)
So anyways, I'm hoping to keep up on this blog, at least on this trip and any other exciting things I do... you know like uhhh when I see dolphins and stuff at practice? ha. whatever.
